The majority of our couples secure their wedding at Summergrove nine months to two years in advance.

We can cater for up to 130 guests for a seated reception or 130 guests for cocktail style reception.
Do you have a wet weather back up plan?
Yes, we do! We have a dreamy white chapel with a picture perfect ceremony backdrop as our wet weather back up for our garden ceremony location. For our reception locations we are lucky enough to have our beautiful barn and restaurant, which are both indoor dining spaces.
What is the most unique way a bride and groom have ever arrived to Summergrove Estate?
The most unique arrival we have had was the groom and groomsmen arriving in a Harley Davidson's entourage.
Do you have any vendors you love working with, we would love to know?
We are very lucky to have so many beautiful vendors that we love working with, and now we have a detailed suppliers list on our website!
If you could choose would you suggest Winter, Summer, Autumn or Spring to be married?
We cater for all seasons with cooling and heating in our Chapel, Barn and Restaurant. Summergrove Estate is located only 20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport and is beautiful all year round, and thanks to this we’re seeing an increase in couples travelling from all over the world for a destination wedding at Summergrove Estate.
What was one of the memorable weddings you have had at Summergrove Estate?
The wedding that stands out the most for us was our first ever same-sex wedding. We did things a bit differently and had the wedding reception first, followed by the ceremony at midnight. Emotions were high and the excitement nearly lifted the roof off the barn as we started their ceremony. The couple wasn’t able to legally get married until after midnight, the celebrant finished the ceremony earlier than expected, everyone sat around in suspense waiting for the clock to strike midnight! It was such a surreal and beautiful moment to be involved in and we were literally waiting for the world to change!

If you could share one piece of advice for anyone interested in Summergrove Estate what would it be?
The one piece of advice we give to all of our couples before they start their wedding journey is to research their vendors, ensure that each supplier suits what they are wanting to achieve, and they feel confident and comfortable with. Everyone involved in a wedding plays a massive part in the day, being comfortable and trusting in your vendors is really important, to ensure your special day is unforgettable.
