I struggle to find the words that would even do their service justice.
Firstly, having just moved from Canada and being new on the Gold Coast was difficult enough for my wife and I to plan a wedding without knowing any local vendors or services. When I came across Feather & Finch's work, we knew we wanted them to document our most cherished day. After hearing our story, Ryan not only managed to fit us in to their already booked-out year but he made the whole service so seamless and effortless.

I cannot recommend feather and finch photography enough. It’s hard for me to put into words. From the very start of enquiry and booking them for our wedding to all of the helpful tips and ideas, our pre wedding photo shoot (which I highly recommend) to the follow ups just before the wedding and then the actual wedding day they were nothing short of amazing.

Being two people that don’t often have photos taken, especially professionally, we really wanted to find someone that would make us feel comfortable but also understand how much we wanted moments captured of our friends and family. From the beginning, They made us feel so comfortable! they shared the same values as us and was all about capturing the special moments with our closest people, with photos that aren’t forced or “styled”. The entire process leading up was seamless, providing advice but never forcing and was always up for a chat!

On the day, Ryan just fit in perfectly with our family and friends. He was friendly and approachable, floating around and chatting to our guests and never making anyone feel “on show”. He never pressured us to do anything and always had little check ins to make sure we were feeling ok. I can’t tell you how many people came up to us during the day to compliment him and his ability to fit in. Our portraits were super chill, with music playing and just a general good vibe. I understand that it can be such a huge anxiety for some people to be on show but they never made us feel that way.
