Brooke and James - Gabbinbar Homestead

It gave a woodland inspired wedding a whole new meaning; it took a dining out experience and infused it with majestic moments, enchanted tales and memories of the love that stemmed from that of Brooke and James. Imagine reading your favourite fairy tale then bringing it to light through one of the most beautiful Gold Coast weddings most have ever seen – well Brooke and James did exactly that and nailed it from start to finish! 

Festoon lights draped the trees of Gabbinar Homestead as Brooke and James took each other’s hand and said ‘I do’. With magic already floating through the air, the acoustic tunes of Danny Dyson bellowed sweetly throughout the gardens creating an atmosphere fit for a King and Queen; and rightly so of course. 

Eyes were drawn ever so honestly to Brooke floating in her white gown of floor length love and mesh sleeves, baring nothing but fine floral details made up of laced applique and the most stunning design. As she stood in front of the contrasting deep greens and neutral tones of the Gabbinar Homestead, the intricate array of bespoke floral arrangements made by floral wizards, Poppies for Willows, highlighted her natural beauty, the softness of their hearts and the delicately of this forever love that had now endured. 

Nothing can quite explain those first few moments as husband and wife. It’s a time that you have not lived with you heart so intertwined with one another. You may dream of it, hope for it and wait for it, then when it arrives they are moments that are captured with honesty and purity. Moments that are real and raw and totally untouched.
